As of xFlow Version 5.1.6, you can capture goods entries for orders from /WMD/FP_IVPD for the “XI Goods Receipt” and “XI Entry sheet” steps, even if no line-item data has been generated yet in the XI document (e.g. for a GR-related invoice approval where no goods were received).

This function has been updated, now making it possible to immediately generate a corresponding line-item suggestion in the account-assignment block for such a goods entry. As a prerequisite, the account-assignment block in the associated task must be editable for order line items, and the ADD_PO function code must be displayed.

When you click the button Generate new items, the system will automatically generate a line-item-data suggestion in the account-assignment block for all selected line items. Pre-existing lines in the account-assignment block are retained:

Moreover, the function was extended such that the order data pop-up window can now display delivery plans in addition to orders.
