Task activation for each front end

In xSuite Customizing (Transaktion /WMD/BC_SPRO → xSuite Business Solutions → W‍o‍r‍k‍f‍l‍o‍w → Basis → Basic Settings → Assign Tasks), the web-based front ends can now be activated separately for workflow tasks.

In the standard system, all front ends in which the processing of a given task is supported are activated for each workflow task.

For disabling/enabling, the following columns have check boxes:

  • WebEnabled: Activation of xSuite Web

  • Fiori Task: Activation of SAP Fiori

  • Mobile Tas: Activation of xSuite Mobile

The column ITS reqrd specifies that a task requires a configured ITS for full use.

This option must not be changed. Otherwise the task is executable, but direct access to SAP transactions (e.g. ME23N or FB01) is not possible.
