Procurement Summary – SAP Fiori
As of version 5.2.7, the Procurement Summary from the SAP GUI (Transaction /WMD/XF_PU_SUMM) is available as an xSuite App for SAP Fiori.
The prerequisite for using the application is a gateway or SSO.
Start page
On the application start page, the user can either go directly to one fo the four pre-defined overviews (Last month, Last week, This month and This week) or access a search form for a complex search directly.

Alternatively, by specifying a NAV parameter when calling the application, you can go straight into one of the tiles.
Parameter | Description |

| Brings you straight to the overview for the last month. |
| Brings you straight to the overview for the current month. |
| Brings you straight to the overview for the last week. |
| Brings you straight to the overview for the current week. |
| Brings you straight to the complex search. |
Complex search
Complex searches offer the option of generating an individual overview based on the search parameters specified.
When clicking on the button
Execute, the search will be executed, and the user will arrive in the overveiw.

Overview
When the user performs a complex search or opens the overview by clicking on a predefined tile, he will arrive at the Procurement Summary.
The overview consists of the following three graphs:

Element | Description | |
|---|---|---|
1 | Number and Ø duration of documents | Shows the number and processing times of the documents in the selected period. |
2 | Top vendors | Shows the top 10 suppliers and their share in the documents of the selected period. |
3 | Total amount of orders | Shows the percentages of different currencies in the documents. |
If the cursor is moved over a bar of a graph, further information about the respective bar can be viewed.
When the bar of a graph is clicked, the detail view will open. For more information, see Detail view.
Detail view
The detail view consists of a list of the documents of the selected period and the graph element selected in the overview.
The list can be filtered and sorted.
