Previously, documents that were in the workflow (processing status W) could only be opened in display mode via the xSuite Invoice Monitor. Starting with this version, the corresponding XI work item opens instead.

If the associated XI work item cannot be opened, the document will open in display mode instead. An XI work item cannot be opened, for example, if another user has already opened the work item at the same time.
