Previously, to open a work item, there was only one button that opened the work item either in edit mode or in display mode.

Now two buttons are available to open a work item:

Display of the buttons depends on which mode is currently available to the user. For example, if a work item cannot be opened in edit mode, the corresponding button will not appear.

If the work item is currently locked by another user, the user is informed about this with a message when opening the work item.
