A release task was added for ArchiveLink in the same way as for the SAP GUI. It does not differ from the release tasks of other modules, i.e., the release table familiar to users will appear in the document.

xFlow Web

In xFlow Web, a new section is displayed, for example in addition to header and line-item data.

xFlow Fiori

The display in xFlow Fiori is based on the SAP style guide. The functions, however, are the same.

There are buttons for releasing, rejecting or resetting right inside the item. You can use the flag icon on the top right to release all items.

xFlow Mobile

ArchiveLink is not implemented for xFlow Mobile, so there is also no release task.
