The handling and output of messages in the xSuite Cockpit have been thoroughly overhauled to now make them available for the xSuite Fiori component as well.

An additional check has also been added to the actions Restart Workflow, Restart Step and Delete to prevent the action from being executed if the task is currently being handled by a user.
