A distinction is now made here between work-item types and subtypes.

The customizing object app_ocm contains the customizing settings for the Order Confirmation Monitor.

The parameters listed here are available for the Order Confirmation Monitor. The meaning of these parameters is identical to the meaning of the parameters for the Invoice Monitor App and the Sales Document Monitor App.
