You can use views to save your display settings and retrieve them at a later time. In xSuite Web, views were previously only available for the xSuite Overviews, e.g., for the Invoice Overview. Starting with this version, views are also available for the xSuite Web Business Workplace.

In the xSuite Web Business Workplace, you can save settings such as which columns are shown or hidden, and which work item type is displayed (fields Task Type and Worklist Type).

You can adjust the order of the columns in the list using drag and drop in the Settings dialog.
