Determination via the purchasing information record

First, the system determines whether a purchasing information record exists for a given material. Previous entry of the creation date, the material number, the supplier, the purchasing organization and the plant is required.

If no requisition date can be determined in this way, strategy 2 will take effect.

If no requisition date can be determined in this way, strategy 3 will take effect.
