Automatic posting

The settings for background processing of order confirmations have been extended.

In the past, background processing could only take place when the check box BTC post disabl. was deactivated in the record-type customizing (transaction /WMD/FP_RTYPE).

Now an additional criterion has been created in xSuite customizing to make this setting dependent on company code and supplier.

Settings can be configured in xSuite customizing (transaction /WMD/BC_SPRO → Interface → Order Confirmation: Batch Posting). Existing entries can be activated or deactivated with the check box in the column Active.

Notice

The prerequisite for this is that the record type allows background processing. Otherwise, the entries will be ignored.
