An agent proposal is now available in the Invoice Monitor (transaction WMD/FP_INVM). The prerequisite for the generation of an agent proposal is that the xSuite Prediction Server is activated for the respective record type.

In the SAP GUI, an agent proposal is generated by double-clicking on the field WF agent 1 or WF agent 2 in the header data of a document.

The suggested agent is displayed in a new window. The user can either accept or reject the suggestion.

In SAP Fiori, the agent proposal is generated via the Proposal button in the input help for the fields WF agent 1 and WF agent 2.
