In the Invoice Monitor (transaction /WMD/FP_INVM), item data proposals can now be created for freight orders.

The TOR_NUMBER field (freight order number) has been added to the item data import structure for this purpose. To activate the function, the ITCAT and TOR_NUMBER fields must be added to the item data import structure in record type customizing (transaction /WMD/FP_RTYPE). The minimum setting in the header data import structure is the RECTY field.

To use item data proposals, the ITCAT field must have the value TD. In all other cases, the value TM is set.

Automatic background posting can be activated for TM documents. Parking is not yet implemented. If automatic background posting is deactivated, the following data is required as a minimum for posting:

Several freight order numbers (TOR_NUMBER) can be specified, but no specific freight order items. The behavior here is the same as that when adding freight orders in the dialog.

Additional header data is required for posting, analogous to the posting of other MM documents.
