E-mails are dispatched automatically from workflows, e.g. as reminders of work items due to be edited.

In addition, you can send emails from some documents, to internal or external recipients (e.g., as supplier notification).

The e-mail message will be saved and archived in PDF format.

Text templates can be used and the attachments of a document sent as e-mail attachments.
