Replacing reserved work items – Report /WMD/XF_AGWI_RESERVED_TIMEOUT
The report /WMD/XF_AGWI_RESERVED_TIMEOUT removes reservation status of work items that have been accepted by users in xSuite Web and not put back.
As soon as a work item has been accepted by a user, it is reserved for this user. Users do not have access to work items that are reserved for or by other users. When the reservation is removed, all users who are agents of the work item once again have access to it.
The administrator can schedule the report as a job in SAP or execute it manually using transaction SE38.
We recommend running this report as a regular job.
Notice
The report requires the parameter XF_AGWI_TIMEOUT in the xSuite parameter table (Transaction /WMD/XF_PARAM). The parameter value is the number of minutes after which the reservation of work items in xSuite Web is to be removed.
