The report /WMD/XF_SUBST_STOP returns all work items originating from users whose substitution has just ended.

Running this report removes all work items that substitution has assigned to a user from that user's inbox. This does not apply to work items already accepted.

The administrator can schedule the report as a job in SAP or execute it manually using transaction SE38.

The Number of days field determines the maximum number of days that may have elapsed since the end of the substitution. The maximum value is 30.
