The Interface workflow is the process that is upstream from the SAP workflow with its parked and posted documents. This process increases the freedom provided to customers. With XI documents, changes can be made that cannot be made in the status Parked. Here, we will not differentiate between MM and FI workflow tasks as otherwise in xSuite Invoice. In order to differentiate between FI and MM, the record types that have been set up in xSuite Interface will be used. Some tasks are available for all record types. Some tasks are designed specifically for MM and are only available in MM record type documents.
