Cleaning up the web table – Report /WMD/XF_AGWI_MAINT
The report /WMD/XF_AGWI_MAINT deletes old entries from table /WMD/WF_XF_AGWI.
The table /WMD/WF_XF_AGWI contains entries of all processed xSuite Web workflow tasks. This table will not be purged automatically. To remove completed entries from this table, use the /WMD/XF_AGWI_MAINT report.
Notice
Work items that are in resubmission and whose resubmission date has expired will be returned to inbox of the xSuite Web Business Workplace when this report is executed.
Work items whose resubmission date has not yet expired when the report is executed remain in resubmission.
The administrator can schedule the report as a job in SAP or execute it manually using transaction SE38.
