SAP jobs
The standard xSuite delivery includes several reports that serve to reduce administrative tasks. The administrator can either schedule these reports periodically as a job in SAP (transaction SM36) or execute them manually (transaction SE38).
The following reports are available:

We recommend running these reports at least once a day.

/WMD/XF_AGWI_RECALL | Checks the completeness of the link entries in the xSuite Web table. For more information, see Checking linked entries – Report /WMD/XF_AGWI_RECALL. |
/WMD/XF_AGWI_RESERVED_TIMEOUT | Removes reservation status of work items in xSuite Web. For more information, see Replacing reserved work items – Report /WMD/XF_AGWI_RESERVED_TIMEOUT. |
/WMD/XF_SUBST_START | Resets work items of users for whom a substitution is to begin. For more information, see Returning work items for substitutes – Report /WMD/XF_SUBST_START. |
/WMD/XF_SUBST_STOP | Resets work items of users for whom a substitution is to end. For more information, see Returning work items after substitution – Report /WMD/XF_SUBST_STOP. |
/WMD/XF_LO_CHECK_GR | Checks whether MM work items in the wait step are waiting for a goods receipt. For more information, see Check goods receipt for parked invoices (report /WMD/XF_LO_CHECK_GR). |
/WMD/XF_XI_CHECK_GR | Checks whether XI work items in the wait step are waiting for a goods receipt. For more information, see Check goods receipt for XI documents (report /WMD/XF_XI_CHECK_GR). |
