Document extraction: Documents can enter the document extraction process via different input channels. Paper documents can be scanned and digitized with xSuite products. Recognition of relevant data is automated. You can validate and enter the relevant data if a workflow is not required.

Order workflow: The order workflow enables logging of all workflow steps from initiation of the workflow to final posting of the document. The order workflow ensures precise compliance with internal company guidelines. All individuals involved in the process will be informed by e-mail as soon as their actions becomes necessary. You can approve and release documents in the SAP GUI, on xSuite Web, or in SAP Fiori.

Reports: Reports make searches of xSuite documents more targeted.

Automatic archiving: Upon the conclusion of the scanning process, all documents are stored in the archive via SAP ArchiveLink.

Other documents can also be stored and linked to the transaction.
