Invoice Monitor: Buttons

SAP GUI	SAP F‍i‍o‍r‍i	Name	Description
		Cancel data extraction	Aborts document extraction. In other words: The document status remains Waiting / . The processing status is set from S (scanned) to blank (unspecified). You can edit the document in the Invoice Monitor.
		Cancel Wait Step	Terminates the waiting step for the XI document. An XI document is in the waiting step when the document has the processing status `G`. XI documents with this status are waiting for a goods receipt. When the waiting step is complete, the document moves on to the next workflow task.
--		Categorization	Categorizes the search results. You can select a column whose values are to be categorized. This categorization will then be used for sorting as well. Note: This button is only available in SAP Fiori.
	--	Change	Opens the document in edit mode. Depending on its processing status, the document will be opened as follows: Blank (unspecified): The document opens in the validation screen. S (scanned): The document cannot be opened. W (in workflow): The document opens in the workflow screen. Note: This button is only available in the SAP GUI.
		Change company code	Changes the company code of one or more selected documents. After clicking this button, a dialog box will open for you to select a new company code. When the company code has been changed, the hit list will be updated.
--		Change record type	Changes the record type of a selected document. Note: This button is only available in the multi-back-end mode of the Invoice Monitor in SAP Fiori.
	--	Choose Layout	Sets the layout of the hit list. The following layout options are available: Choose Layout, Change Layout, Save Layout, and Manage Layouts. Note: This button is only available in the SAP GUI.
--		Clear all filters	Removes all filters set. Note: This button is only available in SAP Fiori.
--		Columns	Opens a list of all available columns. You can select which columns to show or hide and specify the order of the columns. A maximum of 30 columns can be displayed at the same time. Note: This button is only available in SAP Fiori.
		Create	Creates a new document.
	--	Display	Opens the document in display mode. Depending on its processing status, the document will be opened as follows: Blank (unspecified): The document opens in the validation screen. S (scanned): The document cannot be opened. W (in workflow): The document opens in the workflow screen. Note: This button is only available in the SAP GUI.
--		Edit	Opens a document in edit mode. If the document cannot be opened in the edit mode, this button will not appear. Note: This button is only available in SAP Fiori.
		Export	Exports the hit list. In the SAP GUI, the following export formats are available: Spreadsheet, Word processing, and Local file. In SAP Fiori, the hit list is exported as an Excel file.
	--	Find	Opens search options for the hit list. Note: This button is only available in the SAP GUI.
		Mass deletion	Sets selected documents with a deletion indicator. If the document is in the workflow, then the workflow will be aborted. The document can be viewed but can no longer be edited. Once set, the deletion flag cannot be removed. Deleted documents can only be reactivated (Invoice Monitor → button / Reactivate).
	--	Print	Opens the print function for the hit list. Note: This button is only available in the SAP GUI.
		Reactivate	Reactivates a deleted document. A copy of the deleted document will be created and can be edited. The deleted document remains unchanged.
		Refresh	Refreshes the hit list.
--		Restore default sorting	Removes any sorting or categorization that has been set. Note: This button is only available in SAP Fiori.
		Resubmission	Resets one or more documents for later processing. Resubmitted documents will no longer be displayed in the hit list until the resubmission date.
		Set Filter (SAP GUI) Filter (SAP Fiori)	Opens the filter options for the hit list.
--		Show document	Opens a document in display mode. If the document cannot be opened in display mode, this button will not appear. Note: This button is only available in SAP Fiori.
		Sort in Ascending / Descending Order (SAP GUI) Sorting (SAP Fiori)	Sorts the search results. You can select one or more columns and specify the type of sorting (ascending/descending) in each case. In the default layout, the hit list is sorted in ascending order according to the Record column.
		Total	Executes the selected operations for each column selected. Requirement: The selected columns contain numeric values. The following operations are available: Total, Mean Value, Minimum und Maximum.
