MTA archive adjustments

Before the MTA archive can be uploaded to Cloud Foundry, all customizations must be applied to the archive.

The MTA archive can be unpacked using a program such as "7-Zip."

The individual xSuite applications are located in subfolders of the xSuiteCube_ui_deployer folder.
