"Dynamic Columns for Business Workplace" activity

Dynamic columns allow you to use the SAP Business Workplace to display additional information on the task in separate columns that can be configured for this purpose. The assignment of the six possible columns can be customized as follows:
Column | Description |

User | User-specific restriction determining the users who have read access to the dynamic columns. Enter an asterisk (*) for all users to see the displayed columns. |
Task | Standard workflow task for which the following values are displayed in the dynamic columns |
Expression (first attr.) | Expression displayed in the respective column |
Header (first attr.) | Heading of the respective attribute column |
Expression (second attr.) | Expression displayed in the respective column |
Header (second attr.) | Heading of the respective attribute column |
Expression (third attr.) | Expression displayed in the respective column |
Header (third attr.) | Heading of the respective attribute column |
Expression (fourth attr.) | Expression displayed in the respective column |
Header (fourth attr.) | Heading of the respective attribute column |
All objects from the work item container are available for filling the columns and can be read using a user exit. The following attributes are included in the standard delivery:
