Workflow tasks and Work Items

Once documents have been received and validated, you can direct them to the workflow to clarify discrepancies in price, quantity, etc.

The standard xSuite Order Confirmation Cube workflow consists of preconfigured workflow tasks. Each workflow task is linked to a role. The role can be used to find the responsible user.

Documents that are located in an open workflow are described as work items.

Work items are available in the SAP GUI, xSuite Web, and SAP Fiori.

From your xSuite Web and SAP Fiori inbox, you can only access those work items which are in the workflow task "Approve order confirmation" or "Release order confirmation" steps.
