| Mass deletion | Sets a deletion indicator for one or more selected documents. A document with a deletion indicator can be viewed but can no longer be edited. Once set, the deletion flag cannot be removed. Deleted documents can only be reactivated (Order Confirmation Monitor → Note: A deletion indicator cannot be set for data records that are in the workflow. | |||

| Reactivate | Reactivates a deleted document. A copy will be created for the deleted document that can be edited. The deleted document will remain unchanged. | |||

| Resubmission | When documents are flagged for resubmission, they will not appear in the hit list until the resubmission date. By activating the checkbox Resubmitted in the overview of the search fields, you can still search documents flagged for resubmission. To cancel the resubmission function for an individual document, select the desired document and cancel resubmission in the resubmission dialog.
