xSuite Agent Table Maintenance can be called via transaction /WMD/XF_AGDET.

In SAP Fiori, xSuite agent maintenance is available as a separate xSuite App. The functionality of agent maintenance in SAP Fiori is analogous to the functionality in SAP GUI.

In xSuite Agent Table Maintenance, the administrator defines which user or user group is allowed to perform which tasks within a workflow. This definition is made by creating workflow rules in the Agent table tab.

In the Search Priorities tab, the administrator determines the order in which the workflow rules in the Agent table tab are to be evaluated.

Based on the information in xSuite Agent Table Maintenance, each work item is automatically assigned to a user or user group.
