Workflow completion notification (PO_NOTICE)
Upon completion of an xSuite procurement workflow, an email can be automatically sent to the document creator. This email informs the document creator about the completion of the workflow and the processing status of the document.

For workflow completion notifications to be sent automatically, the following user attributes must be enabled:

User roles
The creation of text templates is necessary for sending workflow completion notifications.
