License notifications
Users can automatically receive emails warning them that a rental license is about to expire or that the document volume has been exceeded.
In order for these emails to be sent automatically, the administrator must set up an event recipient (see Creating event receiver for license notifications) and create an email text template (see Creating a text template for license notifications).
An e-mail is sent when one of the following warning levels for the document volume or expiration date has been reached:
Warnings regarding document volume:
Warning level | Description |
|---|---|
1 | 90% of the document volume has been used up. |
2 | 95% of the document volume has been used up. |
3 | 99% of the document volume has been used up. |
Warnings regarding expiration date:
Warning level | Description |
|---|---|
1 | The rental license expires in 10 days. |
2 | The rental license expires in 5 days. |
3 | The rental license expires in 1 days. |
