With the xSuite text system, text elements of the xSuite applications can be freely defined and flexibly adapted at the departmental level in any language. Text elements can be created or edited either globally or for individual applications.
The technically correct name for this application is "text repository" because the individual text elements are stored and managed there.
Following are the primary functions that are supported:
Translation of all xSuite elements into any language
Setting custom terminology
Excel upload and download

Customer table and system table
The xSuite text system distinguishes between customer table and system table:
In the customer table, the text elements individually created by the user are stored, including new language versions. This includes the setting of company-specific terms.
The system table cannot be changed and is delivered as a system standard in English, German, Danish, Dutch and French.
All entries created by the user in the customer table have priority over the entries in the system table. Terms that have not been translated individually in the customer table are displayed in the workflow applications by the standard entries from the system table.
