Workflow: The workflow enables logging of all workflow steps from the purchase request to the triggering of the purchase order. The workflow ensures exact compliance with company specifications. The four-eye principle is also applied. All individuals whose actions are necessary to the process are informed by email, at which point their involvement in the process is initiated. Also, depending on the license purchased, users can check and release work items in xSuite Web, SAP Fiori, or the SAP GUI.

Reports: Reports make searches of xSuite documents more targeted.

Automatic archiving: Once a purchase order has been triggered, all documents will be stored in the archive via SAP ArchiveLink.

A user can store other documents and link them to the transaction.
