xSuite workflows receive a unique work-item ID for each work item. This work-item ID changes each time you switch to a new workflow task.

To ensure that workflow processes are consistently traceable, a unique xSuite process ID is available for xSuite processes. An xSuite process ID combines the individual work-item IDs.

In some xSuite overviews and xSuite reports, the administrator can search and filter for specific xSuite process IDs.
