Validation of Document Extraction Results
Validation is the step in which extracted document content is checked in order to ensure that it is complete and correct.
To validate, perform the following tasks:
Check the results of the document extraction.
Correct the document-extraction results as needed.
Add any item data necessary.
Edit the SAP purchase order as needed.
If issues such as discrepancies in price and quantity need to be resolved, direct the document into the workflow. Otherwise, simply post the document.
