Now the document types that have been set up must be linked to the content repositories and to an SAP object type. The links have to be entered into the SAP tables (e.g., TOA01, TOA02, TOA03).
Column | Description |

Obj. Type | Object type of the business object that classifies objects and business objects. An object type can be used with multiple document types. |
Doc. Type | xSuite document types that were previously created. |
Link Status Archive | This status must always be set to X (storage system is active). |
Content Repository ID | Archive in which the linked files are stored. The archive has either been created or archive information must be made available by the customer. |
Relationship | Link table to which the entries are written. The table information must be provided by the customer. |
Retent.Period | Number of months after which the entry for the stored document is removed from the link table. |
The links are required for the following SAP business objects:

Additional business objects can be used for SAP orders. These business objects must be adapted to suit the specific project, depending on the order type.
