xSuite roles

Each workflow task is assigned an xSuite role. Users need at least one xSuite role to participate in an xSuite workflow.

An xSuite role allows an xSuite user to be included as an agent in workflow tasks assigned to this role. If a user does not have the role required for a workflow task, this user cannot be selected by the system or manually by another user for this workflow task.

xSuite roles are different from SAP roles. xSuite roles are stored exclusively for xSuite users in xSuite User Administration.
