xSuite Interface is a generic interface for transferring external data and documents to SAP.
xSuite Interface consists of two components:
Interface Windows
This Windows component receives documents and index data from the document processing.
Before transferring information to an ERP system such as SAP, Interface Windows can still convert images (for example, from single-page TIF to multi-page PDF), convert field formats (for example, from DD.MM.YYYYY to YYYYMMDD), or perform field mapping (such as mapping index field document date with SAP field BLDAT).
Interface Windows also handles the communication with SAP and transfers the images and index data to Interface SAP.

Interface SAP
This SAP interface component automatically transfers the captured document data to SAP in batch mode.
Interface SAP creates a data record in SAP, which is populated with index data. The images are archived using SAP ArchiveLink.
As soon as the data from the document processing is available, it can be validated in Interface SAP. After validation, the document can be parked or posted as an SAP document.
