SAP workflow transactions
xSuite workflow is based on the SAP Business Workflow. The administrator can therefore also use standard SAP transactions. This may be of particular use in cases in which it is not possible to continue the processing of a workflow with the status category "Error" or "Unknown."
The following SAP transactions can be used to perform additional error analysis and to restart work items.

SWI2_ADM1 | Work items without agents | Displays all work items without agent assignment within a selected period. The administrator has additional options for analysis and correction of this work item. |
SWI2_DEAD | Work items with monitored deadlines | Displays all work items for which deadlines have been missed within a selected period. For each missed deadline, the current processing status of the work item will also be shown. The administrator can sort missed deadlines by workflow task for an overview of which task types cannot be processed sufficiently. |
SWI2_DIAG | Diagnosis of work items containing errors | Displays all work items within a period specified by the administrator. These kinds of work items are categorized according to error type to provide a clear overview of the most common causes of the errors. The administrator can correct the incorrect work items here or restart them. |
SWI2_FREQ | Work items per Task | Shows the frequency in which all work items have come up within a selected period. The work items are subdivided according to workflow task and work-item type. |
SWI2_DURA | Work items by processing duration | Displays the processing time of work items within a selected period. The work items are subdivided according to workflow task and work-item type. |
SWI5 | Workload Analysis | Shows how many work items of a selected user have been processed and have yet to be processed. |
SWI6 | Display Workflows | Displays all running workflow instances that are linked to a specific instance of a business object key. |
SWI14 | Display Workflows | Displays all work items and workflow instances that are linked to a specific instance of a business object type (for example, a concrete incoming invoice). |
SWI1 | Selection report for work items | The administrator can search for individual work items here. The administrator can analyze and process the work items. The following options are available:

SWIA | Process work item as administrator | Displays all work items for which the user logged on is not a possible agent. The user can process these work items as an administrator. |
