Workflow notifications
Notice
To be able to send an xSuite notification from SAP to an e-mail account, the SMTP communication to a mail gateway must be set up in the SAP system.
The standard xSuite delivery includes reports for the notification of workflow agents. The purpose of this notification is to inform the workflow agent that one or more tasks are waiting to be handled.
The administrator can run the workflow notification reports at regular intervals.
The following reports are available:
