Reporting

Invoice workflows can be monitored and analyzed with the Invoice Overview and the Process Analyzer. These features can be used to locate a given document in a workflow. For time-critical documents, you can intervene if processing is taking too long.

The Invoice Overview displays all documents that are being processed in a workflow. The workflow may be in progress or finished.

The Invoice Overview is available in the SAP GUI, xSuite Web, and SAP Fiori.

The Process Analyzer is available in the SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.
