xSuite uses its own number ranges for internal workflow management, categorized by xSuite Process ID, xSuite Builder and xSuite Feeder. When the number range is set, a workflow is uniquely identified as an xSuite workflow. A number generated through the number range may correspond to a specific process ID, a workflow ID, or a Feeder. This enables targeted access to the database records as well as searching at a later time.
Create the following number ranges:
Description | Object name | No. | From number | To number | External |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
xSuite Process ID | /WMD/XF_BC | 01 | 0000000001 | 9999999999 | Checkbox is deactivated. |
xSuite Workflow ID | /WMD/XF_ID | 01 | 0001000000 | 9999999999 | Checkbox is deactivated. |
xSuite Feeder | /WMD/XF_PO | 01 | 0000000001 | 9999999999 | Checkbox is deactivated. |
Caution
The column No. must always be maintained with "01".
The number ranges for the xSuite Process ID and xSuite Feeder must begin with "0000000001".
The number range for the xSuite Workflow ID must always begin with "0001000000".
Smaller numbers are regarded as part of the standard package and can be overwritten with future versions of xSuite.
