Printing archive documents
If needed, you can print index fields of archive documents.
The single PDF file printed is a rendition of the document and includes all its index fields.
Notice
To generate and print the PDF file, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, ideally as a plug-in for your web browser.
To enable printing, set any blocker to allow pop-ups and redirects.
Printing attachments and index fields of an archive document
Open an archive document. For more information, see Open an archive document.
In the archive document toolbar, click
Print.[de] Die PDF-Datei öffnet sich standardmäßig in einem neuen Tab Ihres Webbrowsers.

Select archive documents. For more information, see Selecting multiple archive documents.
Click
Printing on the archive toolbar.[de] Eine PDF-Datei wird jeweils für jedes Archiv-Dokument erzeugt und geöffnet.
