Hit-list layouts

Different hit-list layouts can be selected for each archive and archive group in the archive hit list (Hit list selection list).

A hit-list layout controls which index fields are displayed in the archive hit list and whether a filter tree is available. It also displays the archive hit list in table view.

Not defining a layout for an archive or archive group will have the following effects:

  • In the archive hit list, all index fields are displayed for each archive document.

  • The archive hit list can be displayed in search engine view.

  • The archive hit list cannot be displayed in search engine or table view.

  • No filter tree can be displayed for the archive hit list.
