A tenant is created for the customer in xSuite eDNA Helix. The following independently taxable companies are created within this tenant:

xSuite performs a network registration for each entity that is to process invoices via the Peppol network. Registration is carried out using the VAT ID of the respective entity. The processing of invoices via the Sistema Di Intercambio (SDI) portal by xSuite or the technology partner Ecosio must be authorized by the customer in the customer’s SDI account.

The customer is responsible for registering with the ANAF (Romania), NAV (Hungary) and KSeF (Poland) portals. This data must be submitted to xSuite via ticket at least 3 weeks before the communicated project start date.
