Viewing the audit trail of an archive document
Requirements
The archive document is based on a document type that provides an audit trail.
Procedure
Open an archive document. For more information, see Open an archive document.
On the archive document toolbar, click
Download audit trail.The audit trail for the archive document will open in a new tab. It will contain the following information:
A list of changed index fields and attachments across all versions
The date and time of the change
The type of change made
The user who made the change
