xSuite Archive offers extensive functions for electronic archiving — quick searches, automatic versioning, revision security, decentralized access to files and easy storage of files from different channels.

All file types can be stored in the archive. You can attach all kinds of files to an archive document and enrich the files with index fields and notes.

Each change in an archive document automatically generates a new version. Only notes can be added without a new version being generated.

xSuite Archive provides a different tools for searches — automatic word completion, fuzzy search (“Did you mean...?”), etc.

In the hit list, found search terms are highlighted, both in the index fields and in the documents themselves, e.g. an e-mail or a Word document.

Archives are displayed like directories in a file system. However, archives are easier to manage and faster to search, especially in the case of large numbers of documents.
