Document status (inbound)

The status of an incoming document indicates the current processing step for that document. The following statuses are available in a drop-down list:

Description

Processing

The document is in the receiving process.

The metadata has been transmitted. The attachments have not yet been transferred.

Received

The invoice document, including all attachments, has been received.

Submitted

A receiving system (e.g., xSuite Helix or xSuite Interface Prism) has retrieved the documents for further processing.

Error

An error has occurred. The following error information is displayed and can be forwarded to xSuite support if necessary:

  • Short description of the error

  • CorrelationId: unique ID of a process

    This ID can be used to summarize and filter log entries.

  • TrackingId: unique ID that was optionally passed by the calling system (e.g., when sending messages)

    Notice

    Tracking IDs are optionally transferred by calling systems and only appear in the error information in this case.

  • Error code: unique ID of an error

Rejected

The document has been rejected by xSuite eDNA Helix. This may be due to invalid e-invoice formats or invalid attachment formats, for example.

Multiple attachments of one format per email are not permitted. Only one attachment with a valid format is permitted per email.
