Downloading a work item attachment
Open a work item. For more information, see Opening a work item.
Click an attachment in the Attachments area.
If the attachment is in PDF format, it will be displayed in the document viewer. Click in the document viewer toolbar
Download document.If the attachment is in a different file format, the attachment will be downloaded directly.
