Ribbon

Key web client features are located on the ribbon.

Information on the individual functions is provided in the following lines (2-5).

Search field

The search field is for finding entries in work item lists such as the validation list or classification list.

Note: The archive has its own separate search field.

Notification Bell

The bell icon indicates new notifications. For example, if work items are closed without being saved first, the bell icon appears. It indicates that items are available for (further) editing. Clicking on the bell icon opens a list of work items that are available for (further) editing. These are working copies that can be further edited.

Logged-in user

This is where your username and avatar are displayed.

User menu

The user menu contains the following entries:

Open app catalog button

Opens the app catalog.

Back to Dashboard button

Closes all tabs and brings you back to the dashboard.

Work area

The workspace displays either a dashboard or an app.
