Customer-tenant principle
xSuite eDNA is a multi-tenant public cloud and processes invoices according to tax entities. Each entity has its own connection to the respective network or CTC portal. An xSuite eDNA tenant can manage multiple subcompanies (subsidiary groups).
Example
Group A has the subsidiaries A, B and C. The group is the logical parentheses for all tax entities contained in the group. Each tax entity is a subcompany. Each subcompany has its own registration in the network or CTC portal. The invoices of all subcompanies are managed in one technical tenant.
The data is automatically retrieved by either xSuite Interface 5 or the REST-OpenAPI web service of xSuite eDNA. Alternatively, the data is transferred to xSuite Helix, where it is retrieved by xSuite Interface 5. The route depends on the customer's requirements and is discussed in the project.
