Processing electronic documents
Depending on the type of connector, xSuite eDNA Helix automatically processes electronic documents. The processing workflow is defined in xSuite eDNA Helix.
Document receipt via portal and network
Only electronic documents are transmitted via networks and portals. Regardless of the incoming format, these documents are converted into the internal xSuite eDNA format for uniform processing. This conversion ensures that every supported format can be processed via the xSuite software system using the xSuite eDNA REST API without any customization.
During the processing of incoming documents, xSuite eDNA Helix performs basic technical checks. These include, for example, the following checks:
Completeness check of the transferred data
Check of the technical consistency of the document
Basic structural checks
Any anomalies detected are documented and assigned to the work item.
