Keyboard Shortcuts
The xSuite Helix offers you some keyboard shortcuts to reach your goal even faster.
General
Shortcut | Function |
|---|---|
Ctrl + S | Save the current view / record. |
Esc | Cancel / close the current view. |
Alt + D | Delete the current record. |
Ctrl + Enter | Confirm the default action in pop-ups and overlays. |
Middle mouse button | If the middle mouse button is pressed over an xSuite-Tab, the tab is closed. |
Lists and Tree Views
Shortcut | Function |

Ctrl + A | Select all rows. |
Ctrl + Shift + A | Deselect all rows. |
Alt + L | Filter current column by value of the current cell. |
Alt + Shift + L | Remove filter of the current column. |
Alt + S Alt + Arrow up / Arrow down | Sort current column in ascending / descending order. |
Alt + T | Focus on tree or list view (toggle). |
Work Item View
Shortcut | Function |
|---|---|
Ctrl + Enter | Submitting the work item or confirming the standard action of the respective workflow task. |
Ctrl + S | Save the work item. |
Alt + Shift + F | Forward. |
Ctrl + Shift + F | Return the work item if you have received a forwarding. |
Alt + Shift + C | Execute the check action on a work item. |
